Acting in Loving Kindness
Trying to live a life of loving kindness means focusing on and articulating positive actions rather than resorting to reactions. It’s something I work on every day.
Reaction often equals anger and fear, and it adds fuel to the fire.
Action involves fully listening, considering the message and the messenger, and trying to act with empathy and loving kindness.
Some days and in some situations, it’s a challenge to act instead of react. But it’s a challenge worthy of accepting. In a future post, I’ll share times I’ve failed and what I learned. I also share what I’ve learned from those times I’ve succeeded.
