Deliver Remarkable

Don't ask your audience to work for their business. When they have to download an app AND then scan or digitally clip the coupon to get the "special deal," it won't feel special to them. Unless the deal is remarkable. If it's that remarkable, just give them the deal, clearly, simply, and consistently. That's the best way to build business and loyalty. They don't want your app or your digital coupon. But they do want the deal -- friction-free.
