Mindfulness
When I’ve found myself the victim of a self-inflicted wound, when I’ve tripped, bumped my head, traveled down a dead end, lost my way, it’s usually because I’ve drifted from mindfulness to going through the motions.
When I focus on my intentions and align my actions with those intentions, I’m living mindfully. And good, or at least better, things happen. At least I don’t bump my head as often or as hard.
